The first lockdown following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 was a game changer for us all.
For many - myself included - it was a time to reflect upon the direction we're heading in as individuals and as a society.
I endeavoured to create a photographic series that embodied the feelings of frustration, boredom and anxiety being experienced around the world at that point in time, as well as a deep sense of self-questioning.
My heart goes out to the people who had to isolate alone, and my deepest condolences to anyone who has lost a loved one during the pandemic.
